We offer a free Starter plan with limited features. For full access to our platform, including AI-powered matching and advanced analytics, you can upgrade to our Professional or Enterprise plans. Influencers pay a small commission on completed campaigns.

Email verification is instant. Social media account verification for influencers typically takes 24-48 hours. Business verification for brands may take 3-5 business days as we manually review company information.

We use an escrow system to protect both parties. Brands deposit payment when accepting a proposal, funds are held securely, and released to influencers upon campaign completion and approval. This ensures safe transactions for everyone.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, and popular digital wallets in India. International payments are supported via credit cards and PayPal.

Influencers receive payment 24-48 hours after the brand approves the completed campaign deliverables. We process payouts daily, and funds typically reach your account within 3-5 business days depending on your payment method.

Our commission structure is: 10% for campaigns up to ₹10,000, 8% for campaigns ₹10,001-₹50,000, and 5% for campaigns above ₹50,000. This covers platform maintenance, payment processing, and customer support.

Yes, you can change your subscription plan anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at your next billing cycle. Billing is prorated for mid-cycle changes.
